The hypnotic state is distinguished from the regular waking state by the relaxed brain waves that precede sleep. This state of relaxation, peace and calm, achieved through the practice of hypnosis opens your mind to the possibility of change and cultivates your own ability to rejuvenate and heal.

During a hypnotic session she will guide you through a progressive relaxation, helping you to let go of your body in preparation to relax your mind. She will then tailor make the session to meet your individual needs and address your particular issues.

Like all the healing arts Brianna works with, Hypnosis is ultimately a self healing tool and one that you can easily learn. She will spend time with you after the session to teach you the process, her ultimate goal is: to teach you all the tools she knows, so that you may utilize them to relax and heal yourself.

Brianna first came to hypnosis during a period of chronic fatigue. As with Yoga and Reiki, Hypnosis changed her life; compelling her to share it with as many as she can. Since 2004 Brianna has hypnotized thousands of clients and helped them to create lasting change in their lives.
