This training will focus on and explore the energetic aspects of teaching; deepening your ability to connect with students while maintaining your own energetic boundaries and health, in the following ways:

• Initiate you to a number of experiential energetic practices that will empower you to ground yourself, release energy, and protect your being.
• Instruct you on how to create and hold a healing space for your students.
• Explore the concept that “Healers do not take, they give.”
• Teach you several simple meditation techniques that you can use on your own or with your students to facilitate energetic healing.
