What does each of these scenarios have in common? If repeated, combined or sustained, situations like these can produce enough stress to make you sick. Stress, especially chronic stress, is an overwhelming force that affects your relationships, work, and overall health and wellbeing. In today’s world it is impossible to avoid stress, so instead one must learn how to manage it.

Stress management is best achieved with various methods of relaxation. Different relaxation techniques, such as breath work and visualization, allow you to release worry, fear and tension, and create for yourself the space and time to regroup, ground and reconnect.
