Yoga, defined as a blend of postures,conscious breathing and meditation, is a five thousand year old tradition, which enables you to balance and integrate your body, mind and spirit. Through adopting this three part practice you will provide yourself with the space and time to connect to your deeper self, while simultaneously releasing your worry, relaxing your mind and rejuvenating your spirit.

While yoga can be both complicated and strenuous, it does not have to be. The true beauty of yoga is its flexibility. Brianna allows you to work with your own body, honoring it and its needs above all else. If your yoga practice is simply to lie quietly, bringing your focus to your breath, than that in and of itself is enough. The literal meaning of yoga is to yoke, to draw together, to make one, and therefore, anything that links together your body and mind is at its core, yoga.

Brianna's yoga classes are gentle, while at the same time effective and challenging, emphasizing both breath-work and deep relaxation. It is her hope that as her student learns to breathe through their pose they will also learn to breathe fully and deeply throughout their life.
