Energy, Yoga and You
This workshop will explore the energetic nature of being and the many ways that a Yoga practice can offer complete awareness. The 4 essential parts of the practice this workshop will address are:
- Practice
- Intention
- Presence
- Awareness
This two and a half hour practice will incorporate yoga, conscious breathing and guided meditation.
Women in Transition
This workshop will focus on shifting, transition, evolution and transformation; putting forth the question: “How do I move through change?”
Everything is in motion everything is in a state of constant change, even when we are at rest we never truly stop. We came here to evolve, to go beyond ourselves, to not be so set in patterns that we neither learn nor change. The goal of this lifetime is evolution.
This two hour practice will incorporate yoga, conscious breathing and guided meditation.
From Breath to Meditation
This workshop will focus on the breath’s ability to foster change and encourage the meditative mind, while putting forth the question: “How does my breathing affect my life?”
Pranayama or conscious breathing offers you profound benefits and if allowed will provide you with the space needed to operate from a place of personal power, control and wellness.
During this two hour workshop we will discuss the breath’s natural power over the being. While simultaneously exploring its ability to quiet the body and calm the mind.
Past-Life Regression
The hypnotic state is distinguished from the regular waking state by the relaxed brain waves preceding sleep and therefore at its very nature, all hypnosis is self hypnosis. Through this state of relaxation, peace, and calm you will have the experiential opportunity to return to a past life and discover a gift or talent that was once yours. This two hour workshop will empower you to connect to your higher self for greater personal knowledge and awareness.
